We offer a range of group classes and private lessons to serve all ages, skill levels, and abilities. Please look over the choices below and if you don't see something that works for you, give us a call and we will accommodate your needs!

Strengthening the mind, body, and spirit of our youth. Mainstream kids will learn the core curriculum of American Open Karate Bujutsu in a fun and safe environment. Karate is how we treat people, and ultimately how we treat ourselves. This class focuses on creating positive can do attitudes through the art of karate and self defense.

This class will focus on the art and the application while building a strong mind, body, and spirit. Learn to defend yourself in the scariest of situations, and learn concepts in the sporting fight game. This class is for the fighter who can brush off the bumps and bruises and who wish to focus on bujutsu, the more dangerous and realistic approach of karate.

This is a group class for people with Parkinson’s Disease that wish to regain balance, take back control of their speech, prevent motion freezing episodes, and delay the progression of Parkinson’s Disease.
